Kajabi Troubleshooting Guide

If you are having issues accessing content on this program it is most likely due to a local network issue.  Below are some troubleshooting steps to follow.

• Clear Cache / Browsing History
  • In Chrome
    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More .
    3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
    4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes
    6. Click Clear data. 

• Use different browser - program can be accessed on many browsers such as, Chrome,Mozilla fIrefox, Brave
• You can use Incognito
  • Incognito will allow you to open your browser without any of your browsing history
  • How to go incognito in Google Chrome
    1. The easiest way to open an Incognito window is with the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS).
    2. Another way is to click on the menu on the upper right - it's the three vertical dots - and select New Incognito Window from the list.

• Use a different device - you can access the program on a phone, ipad etc.
• Use a different network - if you are connected via wifi try connecting via mobile data or vice versa
