Kajabi Troubleshooting Guide
If you are having issues accessing content on this program it is most likely due to a local network issue. Below are some troubleshooting steps to follow.
- Clear Cache / Browsing History
- In Chrome
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More .
- Click More tools. Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes
- Click Clear data.

- Use different browser - program can be accessed on many browsers such as, Chrome,Mozilla fIrefox, Brave
- You can use Incognito
- Incognito will allow you to open your browser without any of your browsing history

- The easiest way to open an Incognito window is with the keyboard shortcut combination Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS).
- Another way is to click on the menu on the upper right - it's the three vertical dots - and select New Incognito Window from the list.
- Use a different device - you can access the program on a phone, ipad etc.
- Use a different network - if you are connected via wifi try connecting via mobile data or vice versa
